FAQ's
Currently, we are selling on Amazon for $72.99. We're actively working on setting up fulfillment so you can order a Seido bidet right here!
Seido works by directing clean water (same water you'd use to brush your teeth) through internal channels and out of one of two retractable nozzles.
It also transforms an aspect of your daily hygiene routine that you didn't realize how much you wanted.
Let your plumber know to sit this one out. It's easy (about 10 minutes) to do it yourself.
Our instruction manual gives a nice step-by-step, but here are some super important things:
1) Make sure the little black rubber washer is inside the metal T-Valve prior to screwing it onto your toilet. It's a common area where leaking can occur if it's not on correctly. Let's avoid that!
2) Give those two little nozzles some breathing room. By that, we mean distance the bidet attachment just enough so that when you turn the dial, the nozzles retract without touching the toilet bowl.
3) This ties in nicely to #1 above, but important enough to say again. Make sure you're screwing all connecting points on correctly! Cross-threading could ultimately lead to some leaks, so double-check after you've installed to make sure there's none of that. We like drying the connecting points first to see if water shows up again.
Good news! That leak you have is super easy to fix. First, let's turn off the main water supply from the wall.
Next, let's make sure that:
1) the little black rubber washer that came with Seido is correctly installed inside the metal t-valve.
2) all connection points are securely fastened. That means the t-valve, and both ends of the braided stainless-steel hose.
3) no cross-threading occurs. It should feel pretty easy when connecting the t-valve and ends of the hose. If you feel resistance and its not pretty easy, it'd be best to undo it and try again.
We'd totally recommend a couple dabs of PFAS-free toilet paper to dry things up at the end.
That's not a question! But that's exciting.
We're entering an inflection point in the US where people are modifying their personal hygiene routine for good reason. Often times, that means incorporating a tool that reimagines the daily ritual.
It might be time to upgrade your routine to make you and your friend proud.
